Terapia Placement Coordinator

Part-time (2.5 days per week)

£35k pro rata

Please note that this role is office-based

Terapia’s Placement Coordinator supports Terapia in providing child and adolescent psychotherapy and counselling services in schools and other organisations. The role entails assisting trainees with their placements, liaising with schools and external agencies, supervisors and tutors to ensure a balance between the service provision and students’ training needs.   

You would be sourcing and securing school placements for trainees.  frequently meeting trainees, sharing information about placements and supporting and guiding them through the placement process.

Candidates should have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and good organisational ability.  Some knowledge and understanding of primary and secondary school environments would be useful.
