
At Terapia we offer practical, compassionate one to one therapy for adults facing a range of support needs including (but not limited to): anxiety, low mood, loss, relationship difficulties or a general sense of feeling stuck. Our trauma informed approach combines talking therapies with creative methods when helpful, such as art or expressive work, to access feelings that can be hard to name.
We work collaboratively to identify unhelpful patterns, build coping skills and develop clearer, values aligned ways of living. Sessions are paced to suit you and focused on realistic, lasting change rather than quick fixes. We also offer support for life transitions, stress management and improving self esteem and communication. Confidentiality, respect and warmth underpin every session.
