Key Responsibilities
- Lead the charity’s strategic vision and overall operations.
- Oversee psychotherapy training programmes, clinical services, and public engagement.
- Ensure the organisation meets its financial, regulatory, and operational targets.
- Foster an inclusive, diverse, and equitable workplace and student body.
- Represent Terapia to external stakeholders, including partners, funders, and professional networks.
- Drive growth and innovation in mental health services and training.
Person Specification / Ideal Candidate
- Qualified and accredited psychotherapist with experience in leadership roles.
- Proven track record in charity or organisational management.
- Strategic thinker with financial, operational, and governance expertise.
- Strong commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.
