Salary

  • £90,000–£120,000 per annum (FTE)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the charity’s strategic vision and overall operations.
  • Oversee psychotherapy training programmes, clinical services, and public engagement.
  • Ensure the organisation meets its financial, regulatory, and operational targets.
  • Foster an inclusive, diverse, and equitable workplace and student body.
  • Represent Terapia to external stakeholders, including partners, funders, and professional networks.
  • Drive growth and innovation in mental health services and training.

Person Specification / Ideal Candidate

  • Qualified and accredited psychotherapist with experience in leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in charity or organisational management.
  • Strategic thinker with financial, operational, and governance expertise.
  • Strong commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.
